Summer Solstice Showjumping Grand Prix

Now what is this?! The sky is blue and the sun is shining, is it really midsummer? There surely will have to be rain at some point, right? 
Astonishingly not, the sky stayed clear with only white and fluffy clouds scattered across the sky like pieces of candy floss. Now generally nobody from Klockholmen stable used to be out competing on a holiday like this, but since it was close to home and a beloved theme both Påvel and Eli had decided to take part.
First off was the show jumping held during the afternoon on a beautiful grass field with very midsummer inspired jumps and as usual on grounds close to home both of them was feeling very relaxed, which probably also reflected in the horses; Airborne was calm, not as tip-poey as he could be and he kept his rear in check, no kicking today. Everyone was in good spirits, strangely enough even the weather.
Påvel reties is hair in his usual ponytail right after the warming up in the wait for the start and by now Airborne had start to prance a little on the spot. Eventually they were called for start and already from before Påvel had decided on going easy, take the jumps perfectly instead of jumping against the clock...
